A collaboration with an established builder, the 6,500 sf maintenance facility located in the private Eastman Community near Grantham, NH, provides much needed space for the servicing of equipment needed to maintain the town infrastructure, parks, golf course, and recreational areas.

This steel building also provides business offices, a meeting room, and locker rooms for the managers and employees. A substantial upgrade over their former facility, this project brings the maintenance facility to the high level of quality seen in all other Eastman Buildings.
